At KL Short Term Rentals, we believe in transparent pricing. Every fee has a clear purpose, ensuring you know exactly what you are paying for.

1. Booking Fee – RM399

The booking fee secures your reservation and covers the credit and background checks required before finalizing your tenancy with the landlord. This ensures that both tenant and landlord are confident about the arrangement.

The booking fee also:

• Reserves the property while your application is being processed.

• Covers credit checking and tenant verification.

• Initiates landlord coordination so your rental can be confirmed smoothly.

2. Membership Fee – RM39

A small, one-time charge that gives you access to KL Short Term Rentals’ benefits, including:

• Priority access to verified listings.

• Dedicated support throughout your stay.

• Returning guest privileges and repeat booking benefits.

• Extra peace of mind through our vetted rental process.

3. Admin Fee – RM62

This fee covers the paperwork and processing needed to secure your tenancy. It includes:

• Handling and verifying submitted documents.

• Preparing tenancy agreements.

• Coordinating with landlords to finalize the booking.

Document Upload Requirements

As part of your booking and credit check process, you will be asked to upload the following documents:

• A clear photo of your valid ID (Passport, Driving License, or other government-issued ID).

• Your last 3 months’ payslips OR a bank statement (for income verification).
