After you’ve completed the application form, the next step will be securing your booking. Once you’re eligible and the landlord has given initial approval, you’ll be asked to upload your identification documents for verification.

These documents are required for:

• Identity verification (Passport, Driving License, or NRIC)

• Credit and background checks (to ensure eligibility and safeguard both tenant and landlord)

• Security measures (to prevent misuse and confirm genuine tenancy applications)

Once your documents have been reviewed and verified, a formal Tenancy Agreement will be prepared and shared with you for signing.

All submitted information and documents are handled with strict confidentiality and are used only for verification and tenancy purposes.
